If you know someone who needs help

You do not need to be a doctor or a relative. If you know a cancer patient whose family cannot meet the cost of treatment, tell us and we will take it from there.

Refer a cancer patient
  1. 01

    Tell us about the patient

Their name, which hospital is treating them, what has been diagnosed, and how to reach the family. A phone call is enough to start.

  2. 02

    We verify with the hospital

We confirm the diagnosis, the stage and the treatment bill directly with the treating hospital, and check that it is on our panel.

  3. 03

    We pay the hospital

We settle the treatment expenses, or ₹2,00,000, whichever is lower, with the hospital directly, never in cash to the family. If more is needed, we work with other donors and charitable organisations to find it. You will be told either way.

Where referrals reach us from

This is a list of organisations and individuals who tend to reach us for help.

  • Government hospitals
  • Cancer hospitals
  • Doctors and oncologists
  • Medical social workers
  • NGOs and community organisations

What we need to assess a case

Do not wait until you have all of it. Call us with what you have and we will help you gather the rest.

  • Aadhaar card
  • Diagnosis or histopathology report
  • Doctor's prescription
  • Treatment estimate or hospital bills
  • Income details, if available
  • A contact number for the family

Refer a patient online

Tell us what you know. Six things are needed to open a case; everything else can follow, and we will help you gather it. Nothing here is stored on this website.

The patient

A number we can reach the patient or their family on.

Six digits.

Their treatment

What has been diagnosed, and the stage if you know it.

In rupees. An approximate figure is fine.

In rupees. What you are asking the Trust for, as best you can judge it.

In rupees, for the whole household. An approximate figure is fine — it is how we judge need, not a test to pass.

Documents you can provide

Tick whatever you already have, then attach what you can. Do not wait until you have all of it — send the form with what you have and we will help you gather the rest.

Attach the documents

PDF, JPEG or PNG. Up to 8 files, 2 MB each. A clear photograph of a report is fine — it does not have to be a scan.

Nothing attached yet.

About you

Doctor, medical social worker, neighbour, son, friend — whatever you are to them.

So we can call you back about this case.

We send the reference here, and this is how we reach you in writing.

Do you work with a social or NGO organisation? Optional

This form is emailed to the Trust and, if you give an address, to you. It is not stored on this website, and it is never shared with anyone but the hospital treating the patient.

The same questions on one printable page, for a hospital that would rather send one back signed and stamped. Print it, fill it in, and email it to us.
